Dr. Zina Hajduczok
Dr. Zina D. Hajduczok graduated college Phi Beta Kappa in Biology, then attended Medical School at the State University of New York at Buffalo and received her MD degree with Thesis Honors. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and in Cardiology, after completing Residency and Cardiology Fellowship training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She spent nine years in academica at SUNY Buffalo, where her research interest and publications were in Cardiac cine CT, Echocardiography and TEE.
She has been Director of 3 western NY hospital Echo labs. In 1999, she went into private practice in Lewiston, NY, where she was voted Top Doctor in 2016 and 2017 and was a Delegate to the New York State Medical Society House of Delegates. In 2017, she moved to Washington State, and worked as a Hospitalist and a Cardiologist at the Critical Access Hospital on Whidbey Island, and led their Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab department, and served as mentor for NP and PA trainees from the University of Washington in Seattle. In 2024, her position changed to full time Cardiologist at Olympic Medical Center, in Port Angeles, WA. She joined the staff of Heartbeat Health in 2023.
